Since 2020, Harriet has been developing their nerikomi technique to create psychedelic marbling in ceramics. They have been teaching this workshop since 2021 and are excited to share the latest workshop with new coloured clays in their cosy green studio in Amsterdam Zuidoost.
In this guided workshop, Harriet will demonstrate how to create nerikomi patterns and how to slab build your own design.
On Saturday you will learn to slab build and how to create the initial marbling and/or nerikomi patterns. On Sunday you will refine and finish your piece/s.
All work will be fired and glazed so that it is food and dishwasher safe.
Suitable for all levels of experience!
Workshop includes tuition, materials, firing, snacks and drinks.
You will create 2-4 pieces of unique psychedelic ceramics art.
